How do you access your system.… Users As iView is hosted, you can access the system from any computer that has internet access and a browser installed. iView supports unlimited users that can be set-up by the system administrator. Users log-in to the system using secure username and password access. Each user can have a unique profile defining which part of the iView system they are able to gain access to and which information they are authorised to view. This allows different user groups to be restricted to only the information they need to view. The administrator can also give the user the ability to change information utilising a simple tick box facility to set permissions. Users then have a simple check-in / check-out procedure to ensure the system integrity is maintained and changes to documents are managed and recorded. Buildings Not only does iView enable multiple users to gain access, but multiple buildings can be added to the system, allowing a complete estate to be viewed by multiple users from any location. This facility saves time and effort during tendering as prospective tenderers can be given access to selective information. In multi tenanted building, landlords can give access to the building tenants enabling them to view information relating to their area.
