iView is designed to host a full spectrum of building related information, as it is used in varying ways by different user groups.
Landlords can issue restricted access to prospective clients to enable them to gain access to information relating to the space they hope to occupy. This also proves a useful feature when due diligence is undertaken.
Facilities teams are able to give access to tendering maintenance companies reducing the need to copy and issue paper documents. This saves time and cost.
Premises, when embarking on new works professional teams can be given access to company standard specifications, contracts and record documents relating to the demise they are creating a design for. This enables them to ensure consistency with existing systems.
iView also contains standard templates and guides to help ensure that all information is developed and presented in a consistent format.
Contractors are given access to iProC, which is a management tool for the build process. This allows record documents to be uploaded, gives access to the design team to comment and automatically uploads the final document into iView once complete.
The contractors are asked to produce their documents and drawings in accordance with templates and standards which are published on the iProC system and available to authorised users.
